Le Président a le plaisir de vous convoquer à la tenue de notre AG 2023 le samedi 1 avril à 15h à la Salle de l’Union à Céret (salle des Associations) – 1er étage .
Merci de confirmer votre présence en personne (ou par pouvoiren cas d’empêchement) par retour de mail (president@amuvall.org) ou de téléphone (06 31 14 77 14).
En pièce jointe :
– la convocation,
– le pouvoir nominatif,
– le bulletin d’adhésion ou de renouvellement ou renouvelez ici avec CB ou par chèque ( voir ci-dessous ).

Dear Members, Dear Friends,
The President is pleased to invite you to our AGM 2023 on Saturday, April 1 at 3 pm at the Salle de l’Union in Céret (salle des Associations) – 1st floor.
Please confirm your attendance (or send your proxy if unable to attend) by return of e-mail to president@amuvall.org or telephone (06 31 14 77 14).
Attached :
– the notice of the meeting (french only) ,
– the proxy form (french only) – see explanation of the form below
– the membership form or renewal form (in English) or renew here with credit card or by check (see below).

When completing the proxy form, the person who cannot attend is ‘Le Mandant’ – complete your full name on the top line, and your address on the next two lines. At the bottom left, write by hand the words Bon pour Pouvoir, and sign below adding the date and place of signature.
The person voting for you is the ‘Mandataire’. If you wish to nominate someone to vote on your behalf please complete their details and get them to sign in the same manner, or ask them to do it on arrival at the AGM. If there is any possibility that they will not be present, please also tick one or both of the two boxes below their details. The first allows them to nominate a substitute and the second allows the President to nominate a substitute.
If you do not wish to nominate an individual, please leave the Mandataire details blank, and just tick the second box, allowing the President to nominate someone.
