To help people without transport to get to our concerts, and to reduce the environmental impact of travel, we aim to help music-lovers who come along to organise car-sharing.

ON THE ONLINE BOOKING FORM – DETAILS OF PURCHASER

If you can offer one or more places to a concert and return afterwards, please enter the number of places in the field ‘Nombres d’espaces de covoiturage offert’.
If you need one or more places to get to a concert and return afterwards, please enter the number of places in the field ‘Nombres d’espaces de covoiturage demandées’.

Note that if you can offer spaces, but also would take a lift with someone else if available, then you can enter (possibly different) numbers in both fields.

If you do enter any numbers, PLEASE provide us with a telephone number to be used to arrange the car sharing.

By using this facility, you agree to us sharing your name and telephone number with other parties who are in your area and either offering or requesting lifts, so that you can contact each other to arrange the details.  The information will not be used for any other purpose apart from this, other than anonymous analysis to see how many people are using this facility.

During the week before each concert, we will review the requests and pass details to those offering lifts so they can contact those requesting them.  We will inform those requesting lifts whether or not we have been able to match them with someone offering a lift.  Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of lifts, and are providing this facility as an aid with no liability.
